Yves Moreau and France Bourque-Moreau, who are from Quebec, will present Bulgarian and International folk dances. Yves and France are in Vancouver to teach at the Lyrids Folk Dance Festival on April 21-23. Dancing from 7-10pm. Beginners welcome.
