2024 Folk Dance Retreat on Saturday, September 28, 10am to 10pm.
Location: Tynehead Community Hall, 9568 – 168 St, Surrey (across from Tynehead Regional Park).

Fee: $25 for all or any part of the day. (The event is subsidized by the club)

Lunch: Bring your own lunch.
Snacks: Pot-luck snacks will be available all day.
Coffee, tea, and beverages: These will be supplied and available all day.
Dinner: A simple spaghetti dinner will be catered, and supplemented by pot-luck salads and desserts.

Our caterer will provide vegetarian and gluten-free spaghetti dinner as well as the regular spaghetti dinner. Please let us know if these options don’t work for you.

Register by September 23, and pay by September 26, either in person at dancing on September 19, or using one of the payment options here.
