Yes, we have USD pricing for full-weekend registrations. Currently, the Canadian dollar’s value is low. If you are American and registering for the festival, you will find that getting a bank draft in Canadian dollars from an American bank is time-consuming and expensive. Your choices are to pay by PayPal through which you pay in Canadian dollars, or to mail a US dollar check. We have US pricing for full-weekend registration. For part-time registration please pay the posted rate – your best bet is to use PayPal. This is for simplicity.
Yes. Our rates are dictated by Camp Alexandra rates. We are renting all facilities and there is a minimum charge. Our expected attendance is only slightly more than the attendance that would cover the minimum charge. We are offering part-time choices to allow people to attend who are not able to come to the full weekend. Our fees are less than they might otherwise be, because of the city of Surrey grant.
Yes. On the last page of the registration form, choose to pay by PayPal. Use the PayPal button here. You will be able to pay with a credit card without needing to have a PayPal account.
You can choose to donate to the bursary fund or to operations. Donations to operations help pay for operation expenses. Bursary donations are put into our bursary fund and are used to subsidize the registration fees for dancers who want to attend but lack the financial means.
There are a limited number of double rooms available. To prevent a bed in a double room being empty for one night, only people registering for both nights can reserve one.
